This role is part of a high performing team of Analysts and Experience Managers who interact across the organization

Typical Day in the Role

- Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).

- What makes this role unique? You'll independently shape strategies, connect signals across channels, and translate complex Customer feedback into clear insights that leaders can act on-prioritizing the improvements that matter and measuring the outcomes that follow.

As a self starter with and a strong bias towards action, you'll manage your projects and timelines, mentor other analysts, and partner with senior leaders to continuously evolve our methods and storytelling. You'll combine hands on craft (Qualtrics, Tableau/Power BI) with big picture thinking to turn Customer Experience into value-driving loyalty, reducing friction, and elevating the experience at scale. If you love owning the problem, shaping solutions, and proving impact, this is where you'll lead the way.
