responsibilities:
- Understand software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Examine inter-dependencies between systems
- Conduct requirements analysis and create proposals for modifications, upgrades, or replacements to systems.
- Participate in the design of new computer systems and applications.
- Document requirements through analysis of existing business models, use cases, workflow analysis, and documents
- Understand and document interfaces between systems.
- Collaborate with the broader team to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Use agile methodologies to achieve requirements.
- Use requirements analysis information to make recommendations to system functionality and create stories to execute recommendations.
qualifications:
Support the implementation and operations of systems.
Provide support to business and technical partners throughout all testing phases, including triaging system defects in production and non-production environments.
