We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing graphics following the corporate style guides of our client's brands focused on tools and equipment. Additionally, you will create engaging labels and packaging graphics that effectively promote our products and services. responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

- Create original illustrations and graphics for products and packaging.

- Build, edit and finalize print-ready die lines for various formats, (printed materials, labels, packaging.

- Create physical and digital samples as required.

- Collaborate with product owners, R&D, sales to collaboratively accomplish all design goals on time.

- Ensure consistency for new designs while adhering to brand guidelines.

- Maintain and create the library of electronic documents on all projects.

- Manage all processes related to pre-press production approval with extensive internal and external department collaboration.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our graphic designs.

 
qualifications:
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.

- Proficient with PC and Mac experience is a plus.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work. Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, in-design).

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Must be able to work hybrid onsite in Owatonna, MN
