responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee team technical decisions and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure system security by conducting regular assessments and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools and improve development efficiency.
qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and Oracle databases.
Proven expertise in Microservices Architecture and Version Control (GitHub).
Strong leadership background with the ability to manage team deliverables and architectural decisions.
