Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Laptop imaging and deployment
New hire onboarding/offboarding
Active Directory and Entra ID user administration
Password resets and permissions
Microsoft 365 support
Basic Okta administration
Walk-up and desk-side support
Conference room / AV support
Basic networking tasks (activating ports, troubleshooting connectivity)
Supporting lab and office users

What You will Be Doing:
Laptop Deployment
Imaging machines and getting them configured
Making sure everything is set up consistently before deployment
SIEM
Setting up and tuning the SIEM
Keeping an eye on what's coming in and following up on anything suspicious
Lab Machines & Network
Handling backups for lab machines and making sure they're running
Keeping network connectivity sorted for the lab + troubleshooting
Server Room / Networking
Managing the server room and activating ports as needed
Keeping things documented and organized
User Accounts
Creating and archiving user accounts
Managing permissions
Provisioning apps and maintaining least privilege
Help Desk
Being the go-to for tech issues - tickets/walk-ups
Diagnosing and fixing problems across hardware, software, and connectivity
