responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex IT projects from inception through deployment, acting as the ultimate owner of project success.

Maintain strict financial and operational control over fixed-price vendor contracts, tracking resource allocation and burn rates to prevent scope creep.

Lead a day-to-day cadenced management plan, establishing clear timelines, deliverables, RACI charts, and mitigation strategies for technical risks.

Serve as the primary, confident liaison between global delivery engineering teams and executive client stakeholders, leading steering committee briefings.

Evaluate and process Project Change Requests (PCRs) by calculating impact, timeline deviations, and cost implications for review and approval.

Supervise user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, oversee technical documentation transfers, and ensure stable deployment into hypercare support windows.

 
qualifications:
14 to 20 years of total professional experience within an IT Services or Technology Consulting vendor environment.

Minimum of 8 years acting as the primary, direct Project Manager managing concurrent teams.

Explicit, hands-on experience delivering IT projects under a fixed-price model from the vendor/consulting side (not exclusively client-side).

Proven track record managing project budgets, timelines, and scope boundaries directly with external enterprise clients.

Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity (Wednesday and Thursday) in New York City.
