ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our centralized Program Management Office function as a Systems Specialist and Change Manager supporting multiple geographic and functional teams. This role is vital to ensuring our data integrity and compliance standards remain audit-ready by managing key product lifecycles and technical configurations. You will collaborate closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to drive process improvements in a highly regulated environment.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain Windchill business objects including user roles, permissions, security, Master List Objects (MLOs), and Parts structures (EBOM/MBOM).
- Support the creation, structural integrity, and audit readiness of the Design History File (DHF) and Device Master Record (DMR).
- Manage engineering change management lifecycles including Change Requests (CR), Change Notices (CN), Problem Reports, and version-controlled documentation.
- Provide comprehensive technical traceability reports to support internal and external regulatory inspections and corrective actions (CAPA).
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of direct experience administering or supporting Windchill PLM systems.
- Proven understanding of engineering change management, design control processes, and document control systems within a regulated ecosystem.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills and proficiency across standard office productivity tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional experience operating within the medical device industry or similarly stringent compliance environments.
- Deep knowledge of Windchill configurations, custom workflows, and lifecycle stage management.
- Experience facilitating PLM-ERP integrations (such as SAP) or CAD software integrations.
