As a Business Development Coordinator supporting gaming partnerships, you will assist senior Business Development managers across the full lifecycle of partnership contracts. This position contributes directly to the business development and program management operations for a premier gaming studio. responsibilities:
- Support senior managers in executing and managing partnership contracts for Gaming, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
- Assist with negotiation materials, contract templates, and operational tasks throughout all deal stages.
- Maintain licensed digital content rights trackers and monitor upcoming expiry dates to ensure compliance.
- Use internal finance and contract systems to manage supplier set-up and partner payment requests.
qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project/task management and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
5+ years of experience directly managing, tracking, or reviewing legal contracts.
Proven ability to manage complex processes, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working as a paralegal or contract manager within the gaming or entertainment industry.
Prior experience working within Microsoft systems and policy frameworks.
Experience interacting directly with Finance and Legal teams on time-sensitive corporate deals.
