We are seeking an expert SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant to support complex SAP HCM On-Premise systems across North America. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize system performance, design custom schemas, and maintain system integrity through high-priority ticket support and system enhancements.

responsibilities:
Reason for opening: Dedicated Application Managed Services (AMS) release support, high-priority ticket resolution, and ongoing system updates for enterprise SAP HCM On-Premise environments.

Deliverables & Scope: Direct management of PCRs, Schemas, functional specifications, and end-to-end UAT setup for USA and Canada payroll and time configurations.

Interview Process & Alignment: Client review followed by internal technical assessment focusing on PCR/Schema scenarios. Candidates should be aligned to Eastern Time working hours.

 
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

15+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP HCM Payroll (USA & Canada) and Time Management (Positive & Negative).

Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting SAP PCRs and Schemas.

Proven track record in AMS/Application Support environments and handling high-priority incident queues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with SuccessFactors to SAP On-Premise integrations and data replication.

Exposure to SAP Mexico Payroll processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
