We are seeking an experienced Operations Integration Project Manager to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, including M&A integrations, quality remediations, and complex enterprise system implementations. In this role, you will lead integration teams, partner with cross-functional leadership, and manage project execution to ensure operational objectives and synergies are achieved on time and within budget.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and execute comprehensive M&A integration plans across business functions, tracking milestones, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Facilitate weekly cross-functional team meetings, providing direction and leadership to keep integration plans moving forward.
- Implement scorecards and metrics to track, measure, and report integration progress to executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage task dependencies, and maintain transparent status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in a business, engineering, or relevant discipline.
5+ years of cross-functional project management experience.
Proven track record leading M&A integrations, process improvements, or enterprise system rollouts.
Exceptional communication, change management, and executive presentation capabilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
Background in management consulting or high-growth/regulated operations environments.
Flexibility to travel up to 20% as required.
