responsibilities:
- Monitor system status and dispatch service personnel to safely and efficiently address power outages and emergency situations.
- Authorize the energizing and restoration of distribution facilities while managing real-time tracking of crew locations and ongoing field work.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date outage records and track defective or abnormal equipment across distribution facilities.
- Effectively utilize company communication systems to coordinate field operations and maintain clear departmental contact.
- Promote and enforce safety standards, adhere to departmental procedures, and uphold the highest ethical standards in support of Our Client's compliance policies.
