Designs operations layouts to improve material flow and material presentation.Participates in team studies related to capacity, energy, productivity and efficiency.Implements new manufacturing processes and technology.Modifies existing performance pay plans,assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans. You will: Act as a tactical departmental Manufacturing Engineer (ME) in driving improvements to support our Distinctive Product Quality initiatives, drive continuous improvements in delivery, uptime, cost, and efficiency with the Natural Work Group.Research, initiate, and execute safety and ergonomic improvement activities and projects.Support implementation of current product continuous improvement running design changes.Support the analysis, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technology aligned to the Smart Connect Factory strategy.
