This individual will be tasked with ensuring productivity is maintained, orders are processed on schedule, assist with labor planning, and provide guidance and leadership to distribution center employees.  Create daily prioritization plan for the warehouse outbound team (build waves of orders, print pick tickets, and manage workflow for the team) Lead and drive the team to achieve expected productivity metrics  Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and equipment. Ensure the accuracy of inventory through audits, cycle counts, and year end physical inventory. Coach and mentor team members in the areas of productivity, quality, and safety.
