This position will act as a resource for syndicated loans and review of new loan products. Will also be responsible for research, performing callback, reviewing, and approving daily transactional entries, problem solving, participating in special projects, and responding to escalated and more complex requests within Commercial Loan Servicing. salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesDocument and manage standard and complex commercial loans, including Cross-Collateralized, Asset-Based, Construction, and International Trade Finance. Review attorney-prepared documents for compliance with Credit Approvals and consult with legal counsel on modifications. Validate borrower documentation to ensure adherence to loan committee conditions, Bank policies, and regulatory requirements. Administer LaserPro, including creating loan documentation, managing library settings, and maintaining disaster recovery/testing databases. Generate escrow closing instructions and pre-closing conditions. Execute funding activities: wire requests, payoffs, UCC filings, and monitoring via Stucky or Trade Innovation. Leadership & Supervision: Oversee and approve escrow/recording instructions and funding packages for junior staff. Supervise team performance: Interview, hire, coach, and evaluate staff while managing career development and accountability. Enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by monitoring turnaround times. Act as a liaison between Lending Units, Loan Servicing, and Legal to resolve complex proposals and documentation disputes.
