This role is the primary billing contact for our attorneys and clients, responsible for managing the entire monthly billing cycle. This includes handling pro formas, processing attorney edits, ensuring compliance with client guidelines, submitting invoices via e-billing portals, and managing accounts receivable. The Ideal Candidate Has: At least 2+ years of billing experience (law firm experience is a plus). In-depth knowledge of electronic billing (e-billing) websites and complex client requirements. Proficiency in billing software (Elite preferred), MS Excel, and Word. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet firm deadlines. salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Manage the monthly pro forma process, including selection and distribution. Incorporate and process all attorney edits on pro formas. Review draft and final invoices to ensure compliance with client billing guidelines.
