Two years of general accounting experience or formal education. Knowledge & Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Accurate data-entry skills. 10-key by touch. Organization: A highly organized individual who can work independently and meet deadlines. salary: $20 - $21.5 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Daily tasks include validating daily receiving after an audit, which involves removing purchase orders (POs) or items as needed. Maintain and update the Receiving Log, specifically reviewing it for multiple POs and "No Codes." Purchase Order (PO) Management: Add items to existing POs. Request new POs and document the new PO information in a log for audit purposes. Handle the "No Code List" and PO update process. Prepare and review purchase orders for samples received at the distribution center (DC) warehouse. Process product transfer invoices and prepare taxes. File Arizona and New Mexico State Excise Taxes. Manage billing for keg returns and stop charges. Assist with product "Buy Ins" and resale certificates. Handle deferred taxes. Perform other assigned duties as needed.
