The primary responsibilities include full-cycle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), cash receipts processing, general ledger maintenance, vendor contract administration, and the timely generation of monthly financial statements. Additionally, this role oversees end-to-end payroll processing and management utilizing ADP. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the year-end audit, managing external reporting, handling cash management, and maintaining banking relationships. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR) & Revenue: Process cash receipts, manage billing processes, and ensure accurate tracking of incoming funds.
