Proactively monitor accounts receivable aging and perform collections communications with general contractors to ensure timely payment. Accurately record and post incoming cash receipts and customer deposits. Oversee the setup of new projects and process all contract change orders in the accounting system. Maintain highly organized and accurate billing records, project files, and related documentation. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues in a professional and timely manner. Assist in preparing monthly job costing reports to support project management. Manage compliance by obtaining and maintaining current Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for all active projects. Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
