Prepare and organize monthly financial statements for senior management. Ensure timely processing of all accounts payable for on time payment and processing accounts receivable and collection of payments. Maintain an organized system of all accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, account reconciliations, and stock transactions. Maintain cash report, cash flow, and funding balances. Evaluate accounting processes and systems and implement optimizations. Develop and implement improved control policies, procedures, as needed, and support and manage automation of key aspects of payables, reporting-related processes, and some ad-hoc reporting. Maintain and provide organization of information for audits for external auditors.
