Financial Stewardship: Manage light banking duties, oversee local budgets, and handle bookkeeping. You will navigate the intersection of U.S. business needs and our oversees banking structure. International Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our oversees headquarters, ensuring fluidity in communication across time zones. HR & Compliance: Lead the HR function for the Dallas branch, overseeing onboarding as for new hires. Tech Integration: Utilize our proprietary ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel/Adobe) to manage data.
