What You Bring Experience: 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 7 years of deep sourcing expertise. Domain Expertise: A mandatory background in recruiting for HR-specific roles and direct exposure to semiconductors, capital equipment, or advanced hardware environments. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced experience with Workday, Eightfold, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority sourcing projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting high-growth, complex tech organizations.
