We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who is the ultimate "air traffic controller" for our logistics operations—someone who can balance logistics, technical parts, and customer service without breaking a sweat. The Mission As our Logistics Coordinator, you are the bridge between our customers in the field and our operations team. You’ll be responsible for working on tight schedules and rolling with the punches as needs change rapidly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Systems Pro: High proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and the MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). Logistics Mindset: Experience in scheduling or dispatching, preferably in a technical or industrial field. Communication Style: You can talk to a high-level project manager and a transportation broker with equal ease and clarity. Adaptability: You’re comfortable with technology and can quickly learn the ins and outs of industrial cooling systems. Team Player: You understand that when orders ship promptly, the company wins.
