This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the assembly of cutting-edge electronic components and systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronic assembly, soldering, and working with small, delicate parts under a microscope. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in microelectronics assembly, electronic component manufacturing, or a related field is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in fine-pitch soldering, wire bonding, and component placement. Experience working with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) sensitive materials. Familiarity with various inspection tools and measuring equipment. Soft Skills: attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or vocational training in electronics is a plus. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Assemble and rework printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment. Perform intricate soldering (including surface mount and through-hole) on microelectronic components, often under a microscope. Follow detailed assembly instructions, schematics, and blueprints to ensure product specifications are met. Conduct visual inspections and basic testing of completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality. Maintain accurate records of work performed and components used. Adhere to all safety guidelines and quality control standards (e.g., IPC standards). Collaborate effectively with engineers and quality assurance personnel to resolve issues and improve processes.
