This includes: Dimensional Inspection: Visually and manually inspect manufactured parts to meet precise acceptance criteria. Advanced Interpretation: Interpret complex blueprints, assembly drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), angularity, profile, various datums (Vectors), and the results from advanced measuring techniques (e.g., CMM, Keyence, FARO arm). Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) and inspection plan documentation using drawings and standard templates. Accurately record and document all receiving, in-process, and final inspection findings. Uphold quality integrity and generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when specifications are not met. Initiate Fast Response actions and use systems like MFG-PRO and WISPER for DMR (Defective Material Report) generation. Actively participate in 5S+ activities within your working area.
