Wiring & Soldering: Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and soldering on various assemblies. Quality Control: Conduct basic continuity testing and visual inspections to ensure all units meet our safety and performance standards. Tool Mastery: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment like wire strippers, crimpers, and multimeters. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest process improvements. What You Bring to the Table Experience: Ideally 1+ years in electrical assembly or a similar manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in soldering and the ability to identify various electrical components (resistors, capacitors, etc.). Attention to Detail: You take pride in "clean" wiring and spot-on accuracy. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle manual dexterity tasks with ease. Safety First Mindset: A commitment to following all OSHA guidelines and internal safety protocols.
