Provide technical support and design documentation for marine auxiliary systems. Required Experience: Design, optimization, and integration of marine auxiliary and piping systems. Ship machinery integration, cargo handling, and weight handling systems. Calculations and analysis for auxiliary systems. Familiarity with U.S. Federal or commercial shipbuilding programs, standards, and regulations. Design, develop, and evaluate the operation of various shipboard systems, including: Hydraulics and weight handling equipment Rudders, piping, pumps, and valves HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Develop system documentation and ship specifications. Provide leadership and coordinate review for the verification and validation of auxiliary and piping systems.
