Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for lenders, dealerships, and insurance carriers to resolve documentation discrepancies. Compliance: Maintain data integrity and ensure all files adhere to departmental policies and regulatory standards. Requirements Industry Experience: Must have prior experience specifically with GAP insurance (claims, processing, or administration). Administrative Skill Set: Proven track record in a professional office role with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to handle sensitive financial info with total confidentiality. Reliability: Ability to work the standard 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule consistently. Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Business or Finance preferred.
