Produce the right number of products to meet planned requirements. Maximize plant efficiency by immediately and formally reporting mechanical issues to your immediate supervisor. Work as a team member to meet daily quotas and assigned tasks. Work with a high level of awareness of BRC audit requirements. Report all health and safety issues to your immediate supervisor. Actively participate in mandatory trainings and certification processes Work the production team with demolding, bread forming, dough mixing, and other necessary aspects of the production process. Use the listed specifications to determine the quality of the bread being produced Maintain standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and good environmental practices using GMP training Make sure you are applying the correct procedures and working methods Communicate with your leaders and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed Keep a positive attitude, be honest, tidy and clean in appearance, punctual, take pride in your work and collaborate with others.
