You’ll work directly with PLCs and HMI devices to diagnose issues and implement process improvements. Mechanical Expertise: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gearboxes, pumps, pneumatic systems, and conveyors. System Reliability: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure all equipment complies with safety standards. Collaboration: Work closely with production staff to improve reliability and provide technical training to junior operators. What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Proficient at reading electrical and mechanical schematics. Deep knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics is essential. Education: High school diploma required; a technical degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred. Mechanical Maintenance: - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical components, including conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems. - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs and ensure optimal mechanical performance. - Oversee the assembly and disassembly of machinery as necessary for maintenance and repair.
