We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations. This is a developmental leadership role focused on driving productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety while fostering excellent employee engagement. You’ll spend the majority of your time on the production floor, working directly with team members to train, coach, and improve processes in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
