Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage budget and forecasts, oversee tax filings, monitor cash flow, and provide financial performance insights to firm leadership. Compliance & Internal Controls, safeguard the firm's assets and integrity by maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with IOLTA and tax regulations, overseeing audits and payroll, and leading sytem upgrades and process improvements in alignment with GAAP.
