The firm offers a differentiated model for entrepreneurial lawyers looking for greater financial rewards and more autonomy. Their fee model allows attorneys to set their own rates and keep 70-80% of their billings. They also have an internal referral program in which the referring attorney keeps 15% of the billings. The firm offers the freedom to work remotely and build your practice with the full support of the firm's brand and operational resources, including marketing and a practice management system. The firm is looking for senior attorneys / partners with 10+ years of practice experience and a portable book of business of $300K+ and experience in commercial litigation, corporate law, capital markets, real estate, tax, employment law, or trusts and estates.
