We are hiring for a Payroll Specialist with a large consumer products company located in Purchase, NY! The Payroll Specialist is responsible for making sure that all employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for full-cycle payroll and will be assigned to handle a group of employees. The job functions include processing of payroll, maintenance of time and attendance, periodic reporting, and Union Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience, ability to work as a team player and be open to wearing many hats if needed. This is a hybrid position working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The hiring manager is also flexible with hours worked - as long as it is between the hours of 8:00am-5:30pm. You are able to modify and adjust what hours work best for your life. ADP experience is a plus, Excellent working knowledge of Excel and vaccination is required. salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorResponsibilities Process multi tax jurisdiction payrolls for roughly 500 employees on a Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly pay frequency. Paycycles include Hourly, Salaried and Monthly Commissioned employees. Process New Hire, terminations, and LOA into the ADP WFN system. Union reporting which includes pension, annuity, welfare benefits and union dues. Verify funds for stop payments are properly credited to accounts. Assist with year-end close including processing open enrollment documentation. Reconcile all benefits against ADP WFN benefit enrollment reporting. Perform special projects as needed. Provide various types of reporting to managers throughout the organization. Ability to be a team player in our six-person payroll group.
