In this role, you will be the driving force behind our staffing success, partnering directly with leadership to find, engage, and hire top-tier talent for a rapidly growing business.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like Drive the Process: Lead the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, partnering with leadership to fulfill staffing requirements through proactive and innovative recruitment strategies. Consultative Partnership: Conduct regular meetings with business partners to provide market data, educate them on recruiting best practices, and optimize the use of our hiring tools. Manage the Offer: Handle the entire offer process, including salary benchmarking, offer letter generation, and high-level negotiations in collaboration with business partners. Sourcing Excellence: Initiate contact with potential talent through direct sourcing, cold calling, and advanced internet research to build robust pipelines for current and future needs. Operational Precision: Maintain impeccable data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage all interview logistics and scheduling. Candidate Advocacy: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every candidate throughout the hiring journey. What You’ll Need to Excel Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional recruitment experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience. Technical Savvy: 2+ years of experience with a leading ATS (SuccessFactors preferred). Industry Edge: Recent high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage industry is a significant plus. Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research, and cold calling.
