We are seeking a hands-on professional with experience developing recruiting dashboards, KPI reporting, pipeline analytics, and executive-level reporting that supports strategic hiring decisions.The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition through reporting and analytics, along with advanced Excel skills and experience working within Workday environments.
