Key duties include providing safety training, investigating incidents, and acting as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies. A deep understanding of SPCC, SWPPP, Air emissions permitting and monitoring, and JSA & JHA is required. You will also serve as the functional leader for our Workers' Compensation program and drive a culture of safety. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
