This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader to make a significant impact on financial operations.salary: $28 - $38 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities● Supervises, coaches, and develops the A/R team. ● Prioritizes team workload and ensures accuracy and timeliness in invoicing, posting, and collections. ● Establishes accountability and performance metrics for the A/R function (aging, DSO, collection efficiency). ● Ensures timely and accurate billing, including credit memos and portal submissions; streamlines and documents workflows for billing, posting, and collections. ● Owns collections strategy, ensuring proactive customer outreach and handling escalated disputes or delinquent accounts with professionalism. ● Supports the credit review and approval process, including establishing and monitoring customer credit limits and terms within assigned limits. ● Conducts credit checks and financial statement reviews on new and existing customers; identifies deteriorating credit conditions and recommends solutions. ● Partners with IT to maximize efficiency in NetSuite, Versapay, and related tools. ● Drives customer adoption of Versapay online payment tool. ● Implements standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensures compliance with company policiesSkillsAccounts ReceivableQualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
