job summary: Randstad is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions and serve as a strategic partner to the Director. Base salary up to $110K, plus a performance-based bonus and great benefits High exposure to senior leadership and a clear path for professional development. location: Las Vegas, Nevada job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 110,000 per year work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 7 Years responsibilities: Directly manage and mentor five managers across AP, AR, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and GL, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.Act as the primary point of contact for the Director on all operational accounting matters, assisting with complex financial analysis and special projects.Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure all deadlines are met with precision and financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP.Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets.Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and manage the preparation of audit schedules.Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership. qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA designation is preferred.At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with a heavy emphasis on General Ledger operations.A minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing a team of accounting professionals.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
