This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid foundation in investment operations to take on more responsibility, lead small-scale projects, and drive process efficiencies in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities Reconciliation & Support: Oversee daily and month-end reconciliations, manage aged items, and prepare monthly management metrics. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies with custodians and internal teams; assist in addressing the root causes of recurring issues. Process Improvement: Assist in identifying risks and increasing efficiencies across core functions, including cash support and performance analysis. Project Collaboration: Work within project teams to support the deployment of new products and services. Communication: Clearly articulate issues and risks to management; build sound working relationships with investment teams and relationship managers. Candidate Requirements Experience: 2+ years in investment operations or portfolio accounting. Attention to detail with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively. Execution: Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and drive continuous improvement. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective stakeholder interaction. Preferred Tech & Skills Systems: Experience with Advent (APX), Bloomberg, CRD, WSO, or SS&C Recon is a plus. Technical Tools: Intermediate to advanced MS Excel; exposure to Power BI or MS Access.
