We are seeking a precise and technically-minded SAS / Financial Analyst to manage the lifecycle of complex loan and security transactions. This role is a unique blend of financial reconcilement, credit risk management, and technical tool development. You will act as a critical gatekeeper for Advance Trust Facilities, ensuring that data integrity, legal compliance, and investor reporting are maintained at the highest standards.What You’ll Do Transaction Management: Process routine to moderately complex transactions relating to loan or security payments, ensuring all reconcilements are accurate and timely. Credit Risk & Fundings: Perform credit risk management duties for select portfolios and oversee fundings and periodic verifications for Advance Trust Facilities. Performance Evaluation: Review servicer reports to ensure accuracy of account balances, new advance balances, and receivables. Monitor report upload times and funding frequencies to ensure compliance with stated agreements. Legal Interpretation: Research and interpret controlling legal documents to resolve issues related to collateral or bond payments, ensuring all actions align with contractual terms. EUCT Development: Build and maintain End-User Computing Tools (EUCTs). You will translate complex legal contract terms into functional formulas within Excel and Access databases at deal inception and manage them throughout the life of the deal.
