Perform precise dimensional inspections on complex components and assemblies using engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards. Interpret blueprints, technical documentation, and CAD models to design, write, and troubleshoot robust programs for automated inspection. Analyze inspection data, generate comprehensive quality reports, and effectively communicate results and discrepancies to the Engineering and Quality teams. Maintain the calibration and ensure the proper functioning of CMM and other precision measurement equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis for quality-related issues. Utilize systems like MFGPro for systematic part processing and WISPER for defective material reports (DMR).
