job summary: A Maintenance Manager / Head of Maintenance is needed for a leading food manufacturing organization near Harrisonburg, VA. The Head of Maintenance will lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of maintenance operations across two poultry facilities. This role is critical for establishing a proactive maintenance culture, ensuring optimal equipment reliability across our processing and packaging lines, and developing a high-performing team focused on growth and excellence.
