Out of state candidates are encouraged to apply as this position offers per diem. location: Elk Grove, California job type: Permanent salary: $135,000 - 145,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Management Plans and Definable Features of Work using the Three Phase Inspection System consisting of Preparatory, Initial, and Follow up stages.Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFI responses to ensure all civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work adheres to design intent as well as IBC and ASTM standards.Maintain a presence in the field 60 percent of the time to oversee subcontractor quality, conduct daily audits, and manage documentation such as daily logs and Non Conformance Reports.Lead ground up projects through to turnover while coordinating with MEP teams and third party inspectors during final commissioning and testing phases to ensure contract compliance.Requires 5 plus years of large scale commercial or industrial quality management experience, technical proficiency in Procore, and an OSHA 30 certification or the desire to obtain one.
