We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to manage the end-to-end production of high-quality printed materials. In this role, you will operate and maintain Offset (Sheet/Web fed), Flexographic, or Digital presses, ensuring all work orders meet strict quality standards and deadlines. You will be responsible for the entire workflow, from plate preparation and machine setup to inline finishing processes such as coating, scoring, folding, and cutting. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined to perform routine repairs, and capable of managing inventory (ink/paper) to ensure seamless production.salary: $20 - $23 per hourshift: Thirdwork hours: 9 PM - 5:30 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesOperates Offset Sheet fed, Offset Web fed, Flexographic or Digital printing and converting presses. Reviews printing work orders for special instructions. Ensures that production deadlines are met. Prepares plates; prints and collates finished pages. Ensures quality standards of printed products. Sets up, adjusts, operates and cleans equipment. Often services and makes routine equipment repairs. Ensures that adequate supplies of paper, ink, and other materials are available. Maintains records of production output. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
