You won’t just be fixing machinery; you’ll be delivering the peace of mind their clients rely on to keep their production lines running. From the demo center to the factory floor, you’ll be the technical expert ensuring our client's industrial equipment is performing at its peak. What You’ll Be Doing Your role is a blend of technical mastery and customer diplomacy. You’ll be responsible for: The Full Lifecycle: Managing on-site installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and testing of industrial equipment. Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical errors, utilizing your expertise in 3-phase systems and control logic. Technical Support: Providing "over-the-shoulder" guidance to customers and phone/email support to resolve issues remotely. Pre-Shipment Quality: Testing and modifying new machines in our demo center to ensure they meet exact customer specs before they head out the door. Documentation: Generating detailed service reports and documenting processes to improve our service standards. What You Bring to the Table We need a specialist who is comfortable navigating the "brains" of industrial machinery. Electrical Expertise: Proven experience with PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs. You should be able to navigate controllers to diagnose faults and optimize performance. Industrial Power: Strong working knowledge of 3-phase systems and high-voltage industrial environments. Blueprint Proficiency: Exceptional ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and schematics. The "Road Warrior" Spirit: Ability to travel 50% of the time and a willingness to adapt to flexible shifts and changing schedules.
