You will work under the direction of the Lab Manager to ensure products move seamlessly from the bench to full-scale production. ✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed Education: College diploma or a minimum 2-year university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant scientific field. Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with long hours of standing and light to medium lifting (up to 10kg) for pails, boxes, and ball milling operations.
