Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a key pillar of the finance department, ensuring the accuracy of financial data across a diverse portfolio of investment and development entities. Property & Lease Management: Oversee rent collection, maintain lease data within the accounting system, and handle annual NNN reconciliations for tenants. Development Support: Facilitate construction draws and maintain precise records for ongoing development projects Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the CFO to prepare comprehensive reports for external stakeholders, including lenders, partners, and CPAs.
