Stakeholder Facilitation: Act as the primary liaison between data scientists, visiting researchers, and business partners to foster seamless collaboration. Operational Implementation: Deploy and manage the tools and processes necessary for tracking project progress and maintaining transparent status reporting. Logistics Coordination: Organize and support the logistical needs for agile workshops, resource planning sessions, and team-wide knowledge transfers. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project blockers or risks, driving accountability and resolution to maintain continuous delivery cycles. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to optimize the team's overall effectiveness and workflow. qualifications: Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of Project Management experience, specifically within data science, analytics, or technical domains. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and the ability to introduce structure into fast-paced, iterative environments. Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders. Advanced organizational skills capable of managing parallel initiatives and meticulous project documentation. Technical Literacy: Foundational knowledge in data science, analytics, computer science, or engineering. Preferred Skills & Experience Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile-specific certifications (CSM, etc.). Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science).
