In this role, you will be a key player in developing and executing= the company's reporting and analytics strategies. Your work will involve combining financial and operational analysis with business intelligence to support data-driven decisions across the organization. Data Strategy & Business Intelligence: Develop and implement data warehouse and business intelligence frameworks and data governance policies. Lead the integration of the data warehouse and Power BI tools to provide useful, actionable insights to our Finance and Operations teams. Drive new initiatives focused on predictive and prescriptive analytics, as well as AI. Leadership & Collaboration: Manage cross-functional project teams and processes. Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure data strategies are aligned with business needs. Present key findings to senior leaders to help influence strategic decisions. location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $150,000 - 160,000 per year experience: 5 Years responsibilities: Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis: Design and manage dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other performance metrics. Administer the Planful consolidation and reporting system, ensuring the Finance team has timely access to reports for month-end close and budgeting. Deliver both scheduled and ad-hoc reports to executive leadership. Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights, summarizing monthly financial results to identify key business drivers. Oversee the integration of newly acquired entities into our reporting systems, collaborating with IT and Planful support. qualifications: Qualifications Expertise in data warehousing, data visualization tools, and statistical modeling.
