Electrical Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) Schedule: 6 PM – 6 AM | 4-on/4-off Rotation Key Responsibilities Electrical Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, motors, relays, and sensors. Systems Installation: Install conduit and execute complex wiring from schematics and technical prints. Mechanical Maintenance: Service pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery, including precision lubrication and component replacement. Reliability & PMs: Deliver rapid-response troubleshooting for unplanned downtime and perform rigorous preventative maintenance schedules. Technical Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (5–8 years preferred). Electrical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of industrial control circuits, power distribution, and automated machinery. Documentation: Ability to interpret detailed electrical schematics, blue prints, and CAD drawings. Safety First: Mastery of OSHA regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE protocols. Physical Specs: Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts. Education: Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Automated Mfg, or a Journeyman’s card is highly preferred.
