What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will be the backbone of the production floor, ensuring high-quality, efficient shipments through proactive maintenance. Technical Expertise: Reading electrical blueprints, using multimeters, and troubleshooting PLC systems and industrial motor controls. Shop Skills: Operating equipment like band saws, mills, and lathes, while maintaining chillers, compressors, and pumps. Who We Are Looking For Experience: You have industrial manufacturing or military experience repairing and maintaining equipment. Tech Savvy: You possess PLC troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of industrial motor controls. Physical Readiness: Comfortable with ladders, lifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
