Maintain a tidy professional environment (front office, kitchen, and conference rooms) and coordinate with facility vendors. Logistics & Travel: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for field technicians, including flights, hotels, and rentals. Process expense reports, collect receipts, and assist Accounting with travel budgeting. Shop & Spare Parts Support: Create POs for shop consumables and track deliveries. Manage inventory lists, type measurement sheets, and oversee the estimation, ordering, and shipping of spare parts to customers. Operations & Finance: Perform initial data entry for payroll; create labor estimates and final invoices for shop and field work. Assist with shipping documentation and postage. Project Coordination: Support Operations by coordinating field jobs, interfacing with customers/agents, and managing documentation for work permits and DOT compliance for company vehicles.
